 We are excited to announce that Penticton parents will have more access to NEW licensed full-time, before-and-after-school, Pro-D, Spring Break and Summer Break childcare spaces at our location at Columbia Elementary!
School District No. 67 has been successful in an application for provincial funding to create 44 new childcare spaces, in partnership with Leapin' Lizards. This expansion will increase the total childcare spaces to 78! Leapin' Lizards already offers services at 3 local schools, including Columbia. Work is underway to begin building to accommodate for the new spaces, although it is too early to provide an clear timeline for when the childcare spaces will be ready, TBA is the end of 2023:)
